I wonder if I should reach out to them? I'd like to know why I wasn't invited to the wedding and if there was any resentment towards me on her part.

I didn't do anything to them. They were both good friends of mine and I would have liked to be at their wedding despite our history. I found out about the wedding through a mutual friend AFTER the fact, and then when I visited San Diego in August I had lunch with another friend of ours and she told me there might have been feelings still, and that it wouldn't have been fair to him to invite me. From what I hear they have 2 kids now and this is ancient history. These guys were my day 1s and it would be nice to see how they are doing. I leave tomorrow, we'll see what happens.

It has happened to all of us , where the dude is your friend and the chick and you have had suspicious moments. So of course I didn't get invited because of that.

I totally understand wouldn't want to go to some chick I've liberated' wedding bc of the huge guilt on my shoulders. It happened to me once and I felt real bad. I mean here she was in the most treasured cultural event we have where the buraanbur lady is showering her with all these great attributes of her and her tribe and I'm sitting here reminiscing sidii aan foorarin jiray. So bro it's really awkward, specially that moment when you gotta go up there to shake hands with her and her husband and you look right into his eyes while saying to yourself "I've already been there nothing so special but you just spend $45k"
