I don't think so. They will probably stop accepting Somali asylum claims in the West pretty soon. Diaspora Somalis won't grow much in population anymore.

Mainly the elderly or those with a lot of money (entrepreneurs) will go back. But average faraxs will probably not settle permanently because of economic incentives (wages in the West are 10 to 20 times higher than in Somalia).

They've pretty much stopped it here in Denmark because they don't see Somalia as a war zone anymore (make of it what you will). And Somalis are already a minority within the minorities here number wise to begin with. They've been accepting loads of Eritreans though and they are growing in numbers

Sweden is still accepting Somalis by the thousands each year and to a lesser degree Holland and Germany as well.

But I see that ending soon because how Mogadishu is stabilizing.

Somalia has a government and peace 30 years from now 100 %. There will much more opportunities for jobs and prosperity in a developing Somalia rather than a broken anti immigrant sentiment Europe is going to be 30 years from now.
