Where is the money coming from? Agaasima was only there annoucing the new office will be built back in July 2022. Already completed and is talking about more offices opening on the borders.

The ministry was running well as far as 2010. The ministry is perhaps the only strong institution that we have, meaning it performs well regardless who’s the minister or the agaasime. It had offices in Garowe and Gaalkacyo as early as 2010 even earlier than that date. This guy had zero to do with the past performances of the agency.

Baladweyne, Buuloburde, Jowhar and Balcad all have their immigration branches the only difference is this big building so i doubte JL will be able to issue passports .
