absolutely lots of cheap materials have been used to construct high rises. Unfortunately we'll hear about a lot of deaths in those buildings in the coming years. Some are showing signs of onset crumbling

If the Chinese are using cheap material and buildings fall apart all the time in China , with the evidence of videos on the web , can you imagine what they do in Africa . They cut corners and the shit they build crumble in a few years. China will crumble with its false super power ambition , when all you do is copyright infringement and do shady deals it will come back to them.

I would prefer japan to build Africa and have deals with Africa . My Honda civic from 1989 still works perfectly. The Japanese are the best engineers.
