I don’t get it. I’m seeing this trend on instagram where IndoMalays do everything the korean way. Korean poses, korean makeup, korean outfits, PAPER white skin, OVERLY EXTREME bad editing. The thing is that it doesn’t fit their features. They try to look like a real life Anime character.

The whole Asian world loves to bleach. I don’t get it. Logically, if anyone should bleach it’s dark skinned people. But why bleach if you’re already white?

The whole world has been sold the white myth. According to some you can never be too white.

But generally speaking most Malaysians and Indonesians are not light skinned ( like the Japanese or Han Chinese). They bleach. Same with Indians.
I cannot tell you the number of brown Indian girls in my old school who are now gammon pink.
