Puntland and Jubbaland are not in his control and they are acting as their own governments in all but name

Furthermore Mogadishu recives the majority of the aid and development that the country gets and therefore pay disproportionate tax

He controls nothing outside of Mogadishu. At the moment he is the overglorified Mayor of Mogadishu. He will be regarded as such probably for the rest of his tenure. Jubbaland and Puntland will not be the only administrations that will be working against him once the disagreements occur.

Even worse, you are doing it from starving muslims, how can you defend that? Don't make the same mistake that she is making collectively blaming a qabil and praising another. For 26 years that approach has done us no good.

Xamar is being disproportionate taxed compared to the rest of the country, most of the Federal governments revenue from Somalia comes from Xamar, and she is right that other region don't pay their fair share inclunding Puntland, and they should.
