Afxaar literal translation is language shit.
Non literal translation is shit talk.

I think thats the closest term to the internet term “shitposting” where people post nonsense garbage.

However is there a Somali equivalent to the mythical troll? I only know of giants.

I do not know what is the mythical troll is called in afkeena.

I would be tempted to use 'Qannaac', an annoyingly stubborn person void of etiquette.

In another attempt, if I were heavily into literature, I would have used 'Saawir', with an emphasis on the 'r', as in 'fulaan waa saawir qashin walwalaal ah sida doorshaanka oo kale', akin to a knife with no grid, or grip, yet annoyingly glossy, as most internet trolls are.

For a language as rich in poetry as Somali is, I would keep my distance from anything to do with 'xaar'.

Your written Somali is levels ahead what I read online. It reads so formal and professional and to the point. You should open a YouTube channel teaching Somali because even back home this Somali is not taught..
