Here's my take on it:
If you didn't abort it, it would have lived a life, wether it was a good or bad one,
So if you abort it and now it doesn't get the chance to live, you killed it.
No it isn't murder. If she was raped, she should have every right to kill every remembrance of her times suffering
It's murder. As for cases of rape.... what percentage of abortions are performed after the woman was raped? Less than one percent? I think like 99 percent of cases don't involve rape.
