Lets say you take a year off from work. You save up some money and take some loans approximately 50k dollars. Can you travel in luxury all through Africa with 50k

Its possible, but ur gonna have to stay at hostels, motels or with family.

You would be surprised how expensive things are in foreign countries.

Some countries are more expensive than others to live in. South Africa is nice, hire an apartment in an nice area. Morocco book a riad. Tanzania book a beachside guesthouse. Kenya has nice boutique safaris and cute beach houses. I think you can do it but you have to plan each week and budget well. Flights cost a lot so make the most out of each country. Avoid hotels, think like a backpacker, use internet banking, try out different scenic restaurants because that's the best part of Africa and treat yourself to spas only when you're in budget.

You won't need that much. Your travel expenses between those countries won't be more than 5k. Travelling between Puntland to Kenia is like 350 dollars, you can take a luxurious bus with airco from Nairobi to Dar Es Salam for less than 100 dollars. 12 or so hours trip wherein you can enjoy the mesmerising landscape. When I was there in 2013 I wanted to do that bus trip but something came in between. I think you can live a comfortable life with half of that budget. I have been to Morocco and the cost of living is very cheap.
