Is land cheaper in Nairobi than Mogadishu?

In Banaadir, the cheapest land you'll find is $15k on the outskirts with prime real estate plots reaching $500k+ in the city centre. I have no information on Nairobi real estate but what would be the average? Particularly in Somali neighbourhoods like Eastleigh.
