I've always wondered why southerners get pissed at the word naaya when it's just the female version of warya. Who allows you to call us warya if we can't call you naaya?

At least that's how I understand it, I might be wrong

As far as I know it’s a demeaning word for women. And honestly the person that are allowed to call me warts are my siblings , mum, my actual aunt and my cousins.. otherwise I will take offense. I have a name and you can call me by it
