Yeah but has it ended anything. Seems like qabil is a much bigger force now and has a very strong hold in politics. A political party system where qabil is completely prohibited would be better and would also integrate people closer. You would vote based on political proposals not clan.

The 4.5 system is based on Qabil, and that's the sole purpose, to separate the same people. A Gabre, Farah, Hassan ideology.
