The place so corrupt that army recruiters just allow entrance as long as the dude pays bribes and qabiil consideration.
They don't check for medical history and disability that this "army" is full of TB, Diabetis, Cholesterol, yellow fever, syphilis and mental illness sufferers.
On top of that the "army" is 45% over the age of 40
Let's not even mention the females in the army
