Yes it seems correct. Unsure about the Somaliland part as I saw a news report from Badhan where civil servants went there to register from as far as Elayo & Dhahar which are on the Somaliland Border.
But I've a feeling we're all baffed on the politics on Sanaag. 1 minute seeing a Somaliland report then three next day a PL-som story the next day

You are very naive.A Somalia who is stable and has an organized and trained army would terrify neighbouring countries such as Somaliland,Ethiopia and Kenya who all have disputed areas with Somalia within their borders. It would be foolish to expect that they wouldn't crush Somalia and keep the chaos going by all means necessary. But if this map indeed is correct, then we could end this destructive conflict very quickly. All we would need is an organized and trained army, which we don't have at the moment. I hope the Turkish trained troops will remedy that.

Somalia can never be allowed to have peace and stability as long as they harbor feelings of conquest.
There are many tatics that even weak countries can use to keep enemy states destabilized. There are many local actors that benefit from Somalia's current chaos. Its these actors that you have to worry about. Not al shabab or anyone else. Why are you including somaliland into this? What can you do really? Crush us? Lol, ok.
And the fact that you wish never ending conflict and chaos upon us, just because of some disputed land, is interesting all on its own. I only see landers filled with this level of cuqdaad on the internet. The ones i know irl hope nothing but the best for Somalia.
As for Kenya and Ethiopia, you overestimate their abilities to effectively keep us in perpetual chaos forever. These countries are not Russia or the US. They cannot topple regimes or play cold war politics in any significant way. These are incompetent African governments with severe domestic issues of their own. They may try to get in the way, but there's only so much they can do.

Well any person who isn't politically active is naive. Its no different for Landers. They just don't realize that a Somalia who is stable and has an organized and trained army would invade them first chance it got.
Ethiopia proved how far it was willing to go to destabilize Somalia when they invaded in 2006 and overthrew the Islamic court. They are more passive now because they literally have troops guarding the president of Somalia in form of AMISOM.
