ISIS are they Muslims?

alqaeda,ISIS and alshabab are same they have few minimal differenes,in syria the most brutal was isis and in somalia alshabab was the most brutal.
Case in point, ISIS’s willingness to go as far as beheading children belonging to other Muslim sects was enough that even Al Qaeda decided to cut off ties.
so are they muslims ?

I dont see how they can be muslim when they kill anyone who disobeys them even muslims arent safe from them

5.treat women like breeding factories
6.kill apostates
7.pray 5 times a day
8.do everything islamic


the only place that they are not muslim is suicide bombings
but if they do all of the above walee they are muslims

While they're actions are not islamic they do call themselves Muslims. And only Allah can say who's a muslim and who's not a muslim we can just point out their haram.
