this one barber in bosaso was called by ISIS and then ordered to pay $300/month. He told them that he only made 600 dollars last month. They agreed with the guy to pay 200 dollars a month

in these big markets they’re said to be charging in excess of 15,000 to 20,000 dollars.

The problem PL has is Cali Saleebaan are radicalised and ISIS has a strong presence within the community because of that.

Bosaso needs an intervention like what happened in Galkacyo, every time UGUS tried to establish cells in Galkacyo they were captured instantly, but it seems they're not killing people anymore since it's risky and will likely be caught, so they turn their attention to financial extortion and setting fires in the middle of night, so the authorities must trace the money and capture these devils.
