Islamic Scholars that are women- post the videos!

I love listening to female Islamic Scholars, and people like Mufti Menk. I get turned off from listening to some Somali sheekhs, because some of the questions they receive make my skin crawl.

Please post more female Islamic scholars such as this, I want to make a list for the ladies on here.

I love Haifa Younis


I wish we had more women Islamic scholars. Something about her delivery resonates with me. Her lectures tend to be so calming and soothing even when she is speaking of hellfire. My second fav lecturer is Omar Suleiman. May Allah grant them Jannah..

How good is your af somali abaayo?
I listen to Hamda Hussein. Her duco iyo dareen series is good.

Though she uses big Somali words, and I understand about 90% of what she says, I find the series to be spiritually enriching..

I don't usually consume Islamic content but honestly the best help for my faith was listening and reading the quran with translations...I had to go back to the basics after struggling with the deen

Nothing beats going back to the basics.
Faith is a journey. You'll have your ups and downs, everyone does. I hope you find what you searching for macanto. Btw, I use the Quranly app incase you are looking for a good source to keep track of your progress..
