Galkacyo is already shared between Hawiye and Darood aswell as being the absolute center of the country. Its only problem is it has no coast but even that could be a plus as it could support Hobyo and Garacad.
Kismayo will just turn into a Darood version of Xamar in which Daroods will hold all the power in the city.
