Japan wastes millions of dollars

Japan gave Somalia's pretend government 37 million dollars to fix the economy and increase security. This money will be spaghetti by next week. Not one penny will be spent in Somalia. They don't like to baashaal in their own country, even before Shabaab the wasted funds were spent in Addis, Nairobi and Kampala. Congratulations to those three cities, over ten million is on it's way to you if you can stand fat greasy Somali politicians.
