What a coincidence!
I was watching videos and wondering which book to buy about Toyotism; a Japanese doctrine on production in the car industry.
It's called "the Continuous Improvement" philosophy; basically you'll eliminate all the useless stuff, that costs extra time, extra effort, and fill your daily production with more productivity, efficiency when you meet not only the daily schedule goals but also overcome them.
