The only selling point America system has its not centralised and u never wanna centralize power as its one single collapse and harder to recover we learned it in 91 the hard way. But side with caution in laws and check n balances for safety over productivity because its about how long u can hold it. Judging by human nature and the rule of gradual disorder its better to lean to safety over productivity but a nice balancing act is needed.
