In this case it is a White Texas police, he stopped another white man for speeding. The man got away with only a ticket, and his weed confiscated. 20 minutes later the drunk driver crush into a mother with her three kids. ALL dead except the drunk driver. If the driver was black, the cop would have been extra cautious, make him take breathalyzer or walk str8. Also the black driver car would have been taken away from him. Because of this mishap- a terrible accident happen that exposes the original wrong.
