Subclans like barkhad, jamaac siyaad, Bahrarsame hell even Cali Gerri was always SL and lately khatuumo in fact PL control never extended beyond Aricadeeye at any point. So stop equating all Harti as part of PL when all of Tanade, Ortoble and Meheri as whole clans are more native PLers than majority of dhullos.
