There are some dhulbahante who I won't name sub clan wise who don't like other dhulbahante and without saying it directly they use the PL is our enemy card. Puntland has spoken to their isimo who knows this isn't true, as dhulbahante were a founding clan of PL, we ain't chasing them around and killing them and saying we r your govt, expanding land, taking their aid money, selling their oil wells, etc. Infact PL withdrew in 2007 because a true govt doesn't kill it's civilians, it actually supports them on your not my govt argument.

PL will never kill dhulbahante is the truth and their isimo know this but it's some of their leaders due to sub clan hatred of other dhulbahante who use the PL is our enemy, PL will immediately cede all SSC peacefully and legally even, once we get rid of Isaaq. I personally don't agree with PL division as I believe in a security challenged Somalia, unity is much better then division which is giving our enemies opportunities to manipulate our different govt and leaders. Yes PL needs a new deal which is what I Support.

This. Nations are forged in war, not peace and 'unity conferences' @DR OSMAN. SL made a massive blunder and the animosity from the massacre of civilians is why SSC will never rejoin them. Ironically, SL was also forged in war but they didn't realize this...
