I have no idea about the last city election and how it was divided tbh only the jubaland mp list provides clan information like the colonial era
I think the number of MPs elected in kismaayo in the last election would be a lot less since most of the MPs would be elected from their own local districts. But it would be interesting to see so we can compare.
The point is, kismaayo is a shared city, everyone should develop it.

I am against qabiil skirmishes, but I don't think another clan is going to take kismayo. I was there last year, and I think I have seen like more than 200 tikniko fighters just around the madaxtooyo. Ahmed Madobe is not losing to another Somali clan that's for sure, he has leveled up his ciidamo way more than I would have expected. So it's unwise for you or anyone to challenge us right now. Nobody is banning civilians. Kismayo like every other Somali city has a clan hierarchy in politics for the locals. Us conceding the mayorship to our historic rivals in the city when they were at their most vulnerable is our commitment to fairness and balance. Theres no clan like Ogaden Absame.
If people want non-clan admins they should do it in their own city or in the capital. Kismayo isnt a commune for the homeless clans
