Kismaayo Is Massive Town

Watch it from the 0:40 mark till the end, it just keeps stretching the town and it's highly DENSE unlike Hargeisa which has large spaces in between houses and thus smaller. Could Kismaayo be the 2nd largest city in Somalia? It appears way larger then Bosaso and Hargeisa. Within 100 meter box area in Kismaayo there is like 20 houses in Hargeisa if you box 100 meters it's only 5 houses.

The roads are in good condition in Kismaayo. It seems like infrastructure wise it's similar to Puntland and has escaped the worst of the civil war damage.

All the needed infrastructure is there guys in Kismayo. Our second holiday home. This where Puntlanders and DDSI people come for their vacation. This must be a joint PL/DDSI effort to rebuild Kismayo. All the necessary infrastructure is there. The roads are in very good condition thus giving us access to transportation of goods and services and people(economy). The port is functioning and in good quality state. The airport is functioning and good quality state.

What else do you need to rebuild a city. You have all the access via sea, air, and land intact and in good condition. All you need is a stable goverenment and Jubbaland is there now. We need to refocus on Kismaayo as Puntlanders and not lose what our ancestors passed onto us as inheritance.

I thought Kismaayo was one of the safest places in Kismaayo. It's just that some groups don't like the administration there.

I heard differently. I heard it's very safe the actual 'city' kismaayo. You can't enter the city at the airport without a 'damin' or a 'host' in the city that is known to the Jubaland police so if you do something in the city that is bad, the host will be blamed for it.

Kismaayo is safer than almost any city in Somalia (SL region included) as of NOW.

Ahmed Madoobe's only major accomplishment during his tenure is restoring the peace and prosperity of Kismaayo.

Population is about density and Kismayo is highly dense and so is Bosaso. Infact all coastal cities are highly dense including Mogadishu besides Berbera which is dead and smaller then Birta dheer which is my tuulo in nugaal. Borama you gotta be kidding even Buhodle is bigger then Borama.
