I would grant independence to all territory that has a majority population of Isaaq. Not an inch more.

I thought that would be a good idea myself. I feel like Mogadishu needs to open up the political arena and make it more appealing to include everyone on fair grounds. Isolation only makes matters worse and gets neither parties nowhere
