The west have been doing this in africa for the past 60+ years, and the turks and arabs have learned well,,, bring in thousands of tons of food and grain and dump it of the countries market, what do you get in return?

-you cripple farmers
-you drive away merchants who wont even make enough to break even

and there you go, you have a country, that doesn't grow food, no traders just a creepy looking offical who will sign over to you anything you desire.
