It seems people are divided just as we thought. The kid right after him is also pro SL

What he said perfectly summons up why they support SL. Stability. Which in turn brings about the developments he spoke about. The Las Anod before 07 was a town that continuously saw inter clan fighting and saw it constantly change hands between local clan militias. The people don't want to return to those times.

And Aano Qabiil too. My cousin left LA and lives in Nairobi because one of his cousins killed someone and the family of victim want to kill someone from his family so they targeted him and he escape out of the country.

SL Brought law and order . If SL leaves, LA will return to the cesspool that we found it in

Somaliland hasn't brought any noteworthy investment or development to Sool, in fact the whole region of Sool has gotten 5% of the international aid Somaliland gets.

I keep forgetting what type of people I am talking to.

Sool is a shared region and doesn’t have a larger population gebilay. Huffing and puffing doesn’t create people every census that’s ever been taken will corobarate this. Gebilay is one of the most densely populated areas of the whole country. Abundance of water and farms you’ll never hear of a sacad muse suffering from drought. They breed like rabbits and are not culled by the drought season like other clans

Population density is irrelevant. It still has a smaller population than Sool but gets almost twice the aid.

Gabiley district is 100% fertile with most of the population consisting of urban dwellers and farmers. The region is one of the fastest growing population in Somaliland and you forgot other big towns sxb like Agabar, Allaybaday, Ceel Bardaale and many more.

Keep debunking these delusional jealous MJ's though.
Soil fertility is also irrelevant.

What if I told you Gabiley region contributes the SL economy more than Awdal, Sanaag and Sool? They deserve the aid because they're contributing the economy the most.

Reason dictates that the most disadvantageous regions receive more aid. If Gabiley are better off, why allocate more aid to it than were it is really needed, despite having a smaller population?

The funding doesn't come from the Somaliland government. Whether Gabiley contributes more than Sool is therefore irrelevant because it's not based on the redistribution of taxes.

The funding for the SDF is provided by DFID, DANIDA, Norway and the Netherlands. DFID announced additional funds at the Brussels Conference in September 2013. This is a clear demonstration of confidence and commitment on the part of contributing donors to the Fund. However, this fund is only 4.2% of the $ 1.19 billion required for funding the National Development Plan.

LA was the third largest city when it was under PL. Since they switched to SL, Garowe and Qardho surpassed her in terms of development. I drove through LA in 2015 and 2016 and it was a ghost town walahi
