Last competent Somali male/female?

I think we can all agree that Somali males/females have going on an slow decline in the past few years, and even decades. We are no longer the prideful Somalis we once were, as western youths integrate into western, degenerate society, and Somalia being the most backward and corrupt country in the world, swarmed with foreign troops operating in its blessed land.

Give us an example of a Somali leader that is no longer found among us. It can anyone you deem competent or someone that needs to be followed as an example of an aspiring leader.

Hodan Nalayeh AUN she is probably the most respected person from each group in Somalia. Every other “leader”, is always hated by some group.
