We compare leaders on who was worse not who was good, it's due to our horrible values as a ppl, it's systemic also not random one or two bad ppl it's 99% rate, something real wrong with our culture which can maybe influence leaders this place has no hope and just take care of yourself because he doesn't see a genuine will or ppl who are ready and the working environment is just to hard maybe.

There is no good in Somalia once U see it like that and just see everything thru the lenses of what's bad and what's worse that's all that is being measured, those r the goal posts we r in which I directly.put on our culture as a people, our culture cannot shift us to the good and better goal posts unfortunately, we r doomed, we shud just vacate the land and let foreigners take over and go extinct or just merge into other cultures. We need to be frank and honest something which isn't a Somali value either.

That's what's being discussed do we want to wait for some fallible imperfect man like some communists or fascists do who love totalitarian or authoritarian and love the state is inside some human figure or should we build rules and laws and offices and limit the human element as much as possible in the state to nothing more then an administrator or servant to the ppl and the real brains and architect set up the system the rest can only lead it not re design it.

Then it's just down to selecting ppl who r good at leading not so much asking them to be architects. But none of that is really possible untill a real reconciliation happens there u can't have ppl who don't like each other or have grudges and expect they can rebuild a nation, its just an impossible task and huge time waste.

It's not tribalism even in tribal states this horrible systemic governance is observed, tribalism has no real role it's down to values and cultures and we admire the worst values and the most dysfunctional values which is what causes tribalism to begin with, tribalism is actually the result of our horrible culture and values which admires cheating, stealing, lying, fraud, cutting corners, trickery, killing, etc these r the values of the majority and with those values also then comes state dysfunction and resorting to tribalism, i mean who wouldn't resort to tribe when U know everyone is basically a combination of Hitler, trump, Baghdad bobs(propaganda n lying), they actually call honesty a weakness or a nacas lol, any productive value system is shunned in Somalia.
