If the Gulf crisis worsens and Farmaajo stays neutral the gulf states will give Somaliland recognition.

If Jeremy Corbyn gets voted in, the UKs foreign policy on Somalia will change.

It shall be a dark day for the history of the Somali people when Somaliland receives it's recognition. Somalia needs to step up it's game and show that it is a country that can stand on it's own two feet, because if Somaliland becomes recognised, the other regions (notably Puntland) shall soon try to secede and I fear that in a few decades, Somalia will cease to exist as a nation state. But hey, that's a worse case scenario.
