It is WADANI development. Majority of the councillors in the Ceerigaabo city and the mayor who is paving the roads are part of WADANI party.

by businessmen and the diaspora.

Burco to Garadag is not finished. Only the Yufle to Ceerigaabo road is finished and we know who lives there.

If all Somalilanders contributed it as you admit then Kulmiye can't claim credit for it solely. A lot of the diaspora contributed and businessmen backhome.
