We must be a tiny number on here but a question.

As you know right now to drive into central you have to pay congestion charge and ulez.

But from 25th Oct this year they are extending the ulez to include everything inside the north and south circular, basically zone 1 to zone 3.

The map below shows the current ulez and the new one.

£12.50 extra charge every day.

So the question is are you going to sell your car.

Hybrids don’t have to pay, but you need a house with a driveway to charge it, majority of us don’t have one

to qualify you have to say your homeless but most likely they settle you in like far west london or the middle of nowhere. it was probably one of them new development projects the council gets a few homes in them and they allocate them to whoever.

Nah this guy wasn’t housed in a new building, it was old. His direct neighbours were chinese millionaires. I think something really terrible happened to him in iraq cause he was a bit bookie. Or he just got lucky.

Relocating isn’t enough, you have to apply for residence permit from the coucil and that can take months or years. Some councils require you to live in their council for 5+ years to qualify. Easier way is to apply for minicab taxi licence, they are exempt from ulez, but that’s a £600 application. I’m going to wait it out, maybe Sadiq gets fired and they overturn it.
