Actually Kulmiye couldn't even finish a football competition in South Hargeisa recently
and WADANI had to step in Lol. Kulmiye had 7 years to do something in your areas and
they had all the revenue organs in their hands. Ask yourself what did they do for south

How did u understood him? He can write miyaa? People back home ( dead) are taught to read ?
Of course he can write, we had a mirqan session together in 2015, he can lip-read but only in English, his Somali isn't that good. I hope by now he has improved it! He also married a local girl recently. His dad also owns a water bottled company called Biyo Sixa
