Amison gets IC donations for being in Somalia, they have no intention of getting rid of alkebaab b/c that means no more money for them. Alkebaab can be defeated easily with armed Somali soldiers.

You're correct Al Kebab would've been gone a long time ago if the US and western powers wanted it. I think there's a bigger scam behind the scenes especially with natural resources stealing.
