Thanks Abdijohnson. It must be hard to constantly talk to brainwashed Somalis and be one of the few sane people in this place.
What are you political beliefs?
Well you could say I'm a classical liberal. Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, right to believe in what you want as long as it doesn't infringe upon the rights of others, Pro-Abortion, Pro-LGBTQI. I'm even pro-Prostitution and Drugs [the latter only to a certain extent]. I'm nothing like regressive modern leftist though who shy away from criticising intolerant Islamic beliefs in order not to appear "Islamophobic". I'm very consistent in my views and I'll make no hesitation in making that clear to anybody.
Your religious beliefs?
I'm an Atheist, point blank. I have zero spirituality and I've been like this for a long time now. I find most religious beliefs to be idiotic, Abrahamic ones even more so. I have quite the aversion to them.
Anything else about me? Well I'm a 23 year old Economics graduate. I am of course a Somali but I do not have many Somalis in my social circle. A mixture of both my general beliefs and my avoidance of them I guess is the reason. Do not get me wrong, I love being Somali but most fellow Somalis are idiots unfortunately and I can't do anything about that.

Yes. My dad doesn't care that much but my mother is always trying to convert me back. I don't live with them which makes it a bit more easier lol
Cool. I have a couple of former-muslim friends, most of them choose to retain some religious-cultural identity though.
Let's be honest. If your dad is a Muslim and he's okay with you being an Atheist, it means he doesn't give a shit about you or your well-being.
Any god-fearing Muslim would abhor the idea of their own children turning their back on their Creator.
