What do you guys think of it? Have any of you tried it? Not just once but have been meditating consistently.
Tell me how it helped you. I'm planning on meditating for about 10 minutes before each of my prayers, except for fajr of course. I'll update if it helps in anything.
I got into Meditation shortly after I started practicing BJJ, honestly I don't know if it was the combination of both but my life has not been the same ever since. And I mean that in the most positive way possible. Here are some benefits I started to notice:
- Motivation
- Serenity
- Resilient
- Fulfilment
- Confidence
- Lack of negative emotions
- Better creativity
- Increased self-awareness
And every single one of these attributes have carried over to the rest of my life. Honestly, its worth a shot, I started with 5 mins twice a day but I do around an 45mins, twice a day. I worked in an extremely stressful environment, and honestly meditation was a Godsend for me. If it works, it works, and if it doesn't at least you've tried it.
