Who has read this? I'm currently reading it and it's very interesting to see the inner working of the mind of a Roman emperor.

I've read the Meditations by Marcus Aurelius a few years back, I found it very pleasant and contemplative. Fun fact: Marcus Aurelius didn't intend for the Meditations to be published but rather wrote it as a sort of memoir for himself to self-reflect on Stoic philosophy.

I also advise you to read other works related to Stoicism like 'Letters from a Stoic' by Seneca the Younger also known by its Latin name Epistulae Morales ad Lucillium (Moral Letters to Lucillius) and 'The Discourses' by Epictetus. Great supplements to the Meditations.
