Only the top % of men would have any hope of mating. Thus would result in mass r*pe and aggressive behaviour towards women by the weaker men who would form gangs. The few women who survive would hide in fear until she withers away.

How could one be cautious when they are dead? We can ask our sisters, mothers, aunts, and female members of our family to wash us/ bury us according to islam but there aren't any guarantees. Once you're dead, you're dead. you got no more control.
