Yes it's what needed. Former colonial master is not on another level. This is self-defeating mentality. Robert Mugabe have kept the world at bay with all their resources and not just one country like france. Somalia gets worse than taxation sadly.

Mugabe and Zimbabwe is not the best example to go by! most of the countries France are taxing, have a stable growing economy.
Good leaders are not allowed to do positive things for the infrastructure unless foreign companies get a piece.

I would. I would rather own my own hut than pay rent to french for apartment building built by them. My hut is mine and can eventually be upgraded to whatever I wish. Ownership is priceless.
