Last week diplomats from Russian consulte in Djibouti came to Somaliland to participate the DP World concession among other things.

While reports indicate that the Russian diplomat attended the official handover of the port officiated by Somaliland president Ahmed Mahmud Silanyo and DP World chairperson Bin Suleyman, Moscow’s eye was staring at the nearby airport.
For the Berbera airport in which the republic of Somaliland has awarded the UAE rights to establish a military base was once under control of Russia.

You need to refer to this region in K5 as "Somali Galbeed" which is what it's original name was which the Somali's used. The TPLF came up with the Ogaden label as a divide and conquer strategy while countering ONLF.

Calling the place Ogaden as much as I love Ogadeen as a tribe plays into this filthy TPLF strategy of tribelizing an entire region in which many other tribes settle, no other group is going to wage war under ONLF or any tribal umbrella and that's the whole point behind this.
