Vocational schools was a said barre policy to cut spending in school to have more money for the military and his inner circle.

Somalia tried vocational schools pre-civil and it was very ineffective , we shouldn’t return to it.

There's 3 in Somaliland
- the old Burco & Sheikh which has been rehabilitated and providing subsidised admission
- a private technical college in Hargeisa

There needs to be more in central Somalia dhuusomareeb Beledweyne Baidoa etc
