If it were upto me, not a single Puntland flag would fly over Dhulo lands, a total pull out of all of their lands. Let them go their own way, with Somaliland or their own failure of a 'State' Khatuumo.

Armadillo that is not what the constitution says maybe Gaas should be in Garoowe and review his state's constitution rather lingering in Mogadishu or is he hiding becsuse he knows Muuse Biixi is a stones throw away.
