9th Grade was a tough time even though everyone was my friend. I honestly never experienced bullying. I was popular. I was also a basketball star.

I was just having an identity crisis at the time.

i remember in 7th grade when everyone used to carve out their name on their arm with a pin or a flexed out paperclip :snoop:
i remember in like grade 8 this girl showed me her arm where she been carving out her crush's initials on her arm with the sharp part of a compass all year. shit was nasty walahi. dude didn't even know she existed tho :lol:

she was like a tomboy and that's being polite. stronger than half the dudes who aint even went through puberty yet and like the best soccer player in the school. tbh i was more shocked by the fact that she liked a dude than her bloody scar :lol:

This was a decade ago for only a few months.

I'm the happiest Somali today.

I was once one of the 1/3 of Somalis suffering from mental illness (in my case depression).

Its nothing to be ashamed about
 
waar i am shock, how come you family didn't notice.

They did. They did some stuff that didn't work but I won't say it here since people will say I was offensive.

I went to the doctor and got anti depressants.

Then I left my emo friends, threw away my black clothes and went back to the basketball court with my Somali crew.
