It depends on which state you live, architecture is diverse in the USA from region to region (Midwest. south, west, east, etc). In Texas state they have ridiculously large houses like this with a lot of land that are common.
You can find large houses in every country. The point is, what the op posted wouldn’t be considered a house in europe. You can call it an extended garage.
Yes it's small. I never bought a huge house. But watch this hong kong cage homes and my house and garage will feel like a Mansion.

Power wash the driveway and put some decorations outside some evergreen plants that stay green in winter would make it look better and thus a higher asking price. That house is worth 200k here. I am in Maine btw. @ozzyoz
