My Puntland Infrastructure Plan

If I was elected as PL President my program would be very clear and transparent and will be held to accountability on its progress, my promise would be shanta sano ii siiya and my 5 years will outperform 6 Presidency output.

My first plan on day 1 is to set up an committee of subject matter experts to collect the infrastructure PL needs to be open for business.

I would demand my high performance ministers in their respective ministries they present the amount of roads, airport, ports, energy backbone, sewage, clean water priority, drainage, food security, telecommunications PL needs to reach stage 1, 2, 3 milestones. I would do the same for Education and Health.

I would demand the following pillars such as high quality, cost effectiveness, reliability and availability as guiding metrics and investor sign off panel.

I would want an investors panel to assess and grade the infrastructure plan and how well this keep your expenses low to operate plus ensure minimal time loss across infrastructure and Labor quality(time lost isn't recoverable and limited).

All this will be costed in final infrastructure total plan and different phases costed also. Source of funding will start with Diaspora and Locals to contribute, donors if needed. I would also pressure Somalia to step out of PL way to access International Development Banks once I sort out the unreliable governance issues.

I would finally deliver it to all Puntites and say that is what u can hold me to account for and my contribution in delivering those Projects one by one depending on priority. These would be time lined also in yearly intervals so a isla hisabtan is done at designated times.

I would also ensure before that is done to begin a PL census and Id cards issuance so these people are registered and known and projects can be linked to appropriate catchments and measured in its returns.

No ifs or buts about PL has to formalise its people, market, and every aspect of its land. This void isn't benefiting u if it did it would show its wonders by now. Once formalised everything actioned is then measurable thru reliable formulas to asses volatility(shocks), yield or inverted curve(steady inclines or declines

Finallu now we have finally joined the evidence based world. No more blame game, no more finger pointing, everything measured on time n output end of story.

@berberaboy66

The whole region would change over nite like the rest of the world. No more useless talk, just time n output.

They got 8 hours a day x 60 years and 20 years of that will be handled by the govt to establish them with identified skills we want to be attractive to investors and the rest is on them. There is 12 trillion excess sitting in stock market globally, I would send fact finding team to identify what their needs are and where we can play a role.

But governance, rule of law, political stability and hard and soft infrastructure needs to be done first before any meaningful market development. Noone can develop any market without those requirements, it's like saying u want to develop a city but has no land to develop on.

Do you have an economics mind?

When an Infrastructure, rule of law, good governance, political stability arrives the enemy eyes tear up and start to lash out, as it's becoming more attractive by the day to a large volume of investors while thousands or millions benefit.

When they lash out u then send Puntite queen

Trust me bro they don't lash out over buildings or false facades, they know market is unattractive to large volumes of investor and therefore can't create large volume of work.

Economic isn't a hard science it's not predictable but more so an art like politics. But if u know the actual variables and factors in your equation are sound, measuring it and converting into visual isn't rocket science.

Now Nuclear Physics, Mechanical, Chemistry now that's different ball game. Even within them the hardest would be Nuclear. Even energy is a very hard field as a whole especially if it's abstract and theory, engineering side is far easier.

Don't u wonder sometimes how mechanical parts create motion, how energy is fused with it, then imagine how u would then thought experiment creating precision n control of it to carry out some function. Pretty brutal field.

This is already being done doc….you need to pay more attention to what happens on the ground in PL. You didn’t even know about the hospital…

I know it's being done, I'm talking about actually setting up the plan in its full totality, creating phases for it, milestones, and projects linked to each area its targetting, time allocated, cost involved, monitoring and reporting, lessons learned.

Where as it seems haphazard their working as u noticed but I don't see an over all PL architecture blue print to be reviewing nor do I know the productivity value(time vs output delivered) or the quality of the works 💪

That hospital you mentioned looks like a 6 month project in any high output driven society where as I won't hear this completion till 2030. With that type of productivity I can't speak to investors as they laugh at their dead money.

They will say anywhere else in the world my dollar for such project would cost this amount but in your country it would be 1 million times over the global norm(technically poor and horrendous governance n management). Plus if it can be done in 6 months in Australia while u take 5 years, they lost 4 years and 9 months of revenue.

Puntitequeen knows PL has to lift up its game the world cayaar ma taalo handing over money 💰

Your people live in some fictious world, I've noticed this happened due to a blend of somali govt absent post 91 and also some huge ass isaaq khat sent to u to join their marqaan reality what a volatile mix high as f*ck plus in a national vacuum.

Back in the day Isaaq were seen as comedians noone sat there entertaining them during their productive hours and hawiye waxaa la dhihi jirey(ka Ilali hukun hadaysan mj wax u galin).

City? I didn't look at it but look likes a compound, what's the sq measurement of land and build, I'll find similar project globally and time completed. Then u need to explain the time to output difference not blame Dr osman even tho it's the easy way out.
