I think you have watched a lot of tlc programs based on " my strange addiction" am I right though or is it what I just concluded.

Hmmmmm , SSPOT can be quite addictive , I tend not to abuse black strong coffee that often otherwise I will end up looking like this guy with dragon red eyes , I avoid at all costs. South Africans cannot resist caffeine intakes lol

Everything should be balanced and consumed in moderation.
