He use to work at this printer company and his black coworker would always ask him what he was mixed with he would always say he’s fully somali, one day him and the coworker got into a heated argument over something work related and out of nowhere the black coworker accused my adeer of using his wife’s hair relaxer which enraged my adeer and then he slapped him. He then started to name his parent and great grandparents with timo jileec hair (timo abtirsi aka the timotirsi). He could’ve gotten fired but the boss was a brown wavy haired Brazilian brotha and knew the feels so he forgave him :it0tdo8:

when i was younger, i saw my somali/cambodian cousin's hair and it was straught
so i was like, "i wish i had straight hair like yours" since mines is 3b/3c
it became silent
my mom yelled at me when we got home

To each their own
Seems like a common thing for Somalis that work with curious people, same thing happened to one one of siblings. But it wasn't an accusation but more of a question stemming from ignorance, of course he explained it in a civilised manner because his co-worker are well-mannered.

When I used to ride the bus Madow ghetto women would ask me if they could feel my jileec hair and after a while they would ask me what type of shampoo I use, after telling them Heads and Shoulders they would tell me no way and they would tell me they used that particular shampoo for years and it never made their hair wavy and jileec.

A mere finger can’t obscure the sun.
It’s so odd to me when men brag about having jileec hair. Waa arin laga yaqyaqsodo.:hova:
