The other guy first started biting him in the chest and then he bit the guy's ear. There is a Somali proverb that says "Qaniinyo baa qaniinyo kaa fujisa", meaning biting back would free you from someone biting you first. This nigga took that proverb to heart.

Usually, people start biting others when they're either getting suffocated in a headlock or when they are losing a fight. I think the other guy was getting suffocated and he bit Mr Bouh to get him free him from that headlock. Then Mr Bouh responded by biting the guy hard as well.

Here’s how it’s gonna go ..

clan elders will reached out to the victim. They will plead with the victim to not show up for court. Clan will promise to pay compensation.

If I am the victim I will accept the compensation from the clan instead of American courts. I will request about $15k with my own health. insurance. If I don’t have health insurance I will request $80k. Otherwise no deal.
